Using Yalom’s therapeutic approach, participants engage in a supportive environment, guided by the core principles of group therapy. Our group series is designed to offer a safe, nurturing space where you can confront and address unhealthy coping mechanisms while developing healthier strategies for managing life’s difficulties.

In each session, you and your group will identify key themes.
